PRIVACY POLICY 

We do not store credit card details nor we do we share customer information with any third parties

   1. All prices quoted are inclusive of V.A.T. and valid taxes where applicable. Every effort is made to display prices correctly but on rare occasion if a mistake has occurred, picturethisprint.co.uk will correct the mistake and inform the customer accordingly and the customer can then decide to proceed or cancel the order there after.

   2. At the time of ordering the Customer must provide a correct daytime telephone number and e-mail address.  Failure to provide this may result in the order not being sent.

    In the event of a claim, settlement will be limited to the value of the goods, if defective or damaged, and will in no way extend to consequential loss, howsoever caused.

   3. Nothing contained within these terms affects your statutory rights as a customer

   4. Should you have a complaint regarding this site and/or the services offered or given, please e-mail info@picturethisprint.co.uk and we will respond in detail within five working days, during which time we may need to contact you.  You will be kept well informed at all times.

   5. Once delivery has been signed for at the given address, it is no longer the responsibility of picturethisprint.co.uk.  Refunds cannot be given if the goods are not passed onto the named recipient.

   6. By submission of the order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and authorises picturethisprint.co.uk through PayPal to take payment for canvasses selected.  

CANCELLATION RIGHTS & RETURNS POLICY 

Orders may be only be cancelled before the item has been printed (We normally print within 24 hours) due to the bespoke nature of our products.  We will issue you with a full refund within 30 days of cancellation.   If upon arrival the goods are damaged, we must receive notification in writing within 5 days of the goods being despatched.  All packing and contents must be kept. Failure to do so may result in the claim being rejected.  

The following information will be necessary to process your claim, without this information we will be unable to precede with any claim.

You will be liable for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning any items to us. No refunds will be issued until we have received the goods. We recommend you obtain proof of posting when you return any items to us. 

No responsibility will be accepted for any goods that are received late when standard postage has been chosen. Goods can still be returned to us in perfect condition but you will be liable for all postage costs. 

Refunds will be issued less a 15% handling fee and any costs that maybe applicable. 

Personalised & made to order items are non-returnable. 

We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 72 hours any delays due to stock issues will result in contact by email. You choose which delivery option you require at the check out.  We use our courier services to ensure best value and aim to deliver your goods by the most appropriate method to suit your needs.  All delivery times are based on their estimates and actual delivery could vary.  Although we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if it does arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition inform us as soon as possible.  

We hold all products you see on our site in stock where applicable (custom or bespoke artwork is an exception to this).  On the odd occasion when we run out it might take a day or two for new stock to arrive.  In the event if this does happen, we will wait until we can send you your complete order before we deliver.  We will keep you informed at all times if this is the case 

1. Terms and conditions apply to all orders. Placing an order with Picture This Print is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. You must ensure that you have the right to copy the image in the photograph you submit and that you have, where necessary, obtained permission for it to be reproduced.

3. Picture This Print may refuse to reproduce a photo if we feel that you do not have the rights and/or permissions referred to in condition 2, or if it is in any other way inappropriate.

4. Rejected orders will have the photo returned to the sender, unless it is deemed offensive, indecent or obscene, when other authorities will be notified.

5. You will be subject to costs or damages to Picture This Print that may occur should the reproduction of any image breaches any other person's copyright, privacy or rights in any way.

6. Picture This Print will accept liability for damage caused to your image by our negligence only.

7. Picture This Print have the right to use your completed image for display or promotional purposes only.

8. Photo and image reproduction is dependent on the quality of the original image so, in some cases, may not be an exact reproduction.

9. We try to complete orders as quick as possible but if your order is date dependent (gifts etc.) please allow plenty of time.

10. Prices set out on this web-site are valid to web orders only. Individual quotes are valid for a six month period. Prices can change without notice.

11. Our UK mainland deliveries are usually by overnight carrier. Orders can arrive any time up until 5pm on your allocated delivery day. We cannot specify a time of delivery. Any changes to delivery details must be made before 1.30pm the day before your delivery.  

You should be aware that the colours and appearances of images may vary from the way they appear on screen. The images and designs used on the Picture This Print website are the property of Picture This Print and their respective copyright owners and are used by Picture This Print with express authorisation. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner. In the event that there is any dispute between us in relation to this issue, you agree that until the matter is resolved, an interim injunction will be ordered, which will prevent any further use or distribution of the image until a final court hearing.
